A beautiful Mala made from high-grade Rhodochrosite and Pearls. 108 beads with a large Freshwater Pearl as the Guru bead. This is a very gentle and soft energy to meditate with and also looks fabulous to wear!
How to use:
Close your eyes and observe the speed and depth of your natural breath. Begin to breathe deeply and bring your focus and attention to your mantra or affirmation. Next, hang the first mala bead gently on the middle finger of your right hand. Place your thumb on the first bead and begin reciting your mantra. You move the beads towards you as you repeat your Mantra. Each finger is thought to represent the 5 Elements. The thumb is Earth, second is Fire, third is Sky, fourth is Water and fifth is Air. It is said that you shouldn’t let the second finger touch the beads as this will burn out the power of your Mala. Holding the beads between your thumb and middle finger represents the connection between Earth and Sky with you in the centre.
It is said by some early cultures that the Pearl was born when a single drop of rain fell from the heavens and became the heart of the oyster……Read More About Metaphysical Crystal Meanings
