Our Refund Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee of authenticity on all of our products.
We guarantee all of our products as genuine and we stand behind that guarantee so long as our products are returned within 14 days, in original as new condition. All shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
We will process a refund (less our fees and shipping costs) once we receive the items and confirm that they are still in their original, as-new condition. We do not charge a restocking fee.
All products are natural and may include Pyrite, Quartz, colour variations, and fissures. These are not faults with the product, as they naturally occur in Shungite when it is forming. They do not mean your Shungite is damaged, lower quality or won’t ” work correctly.” These can be more prominent in our engraved tiles, pendants and phone Plates but can also occur in any product. Please be mindful of this when you purchase, as it is not a faulty product or reason for return or refund.
This is a strictly 14-day return policy – no exceptions.
Damaged Items
You should photograph all damaged items and keep all packaging for a claim to be lodged. All Australia Post shipping comes with free $100 insurance. We strongly suggest taking out the extra Insurance option at Checkout to help with this if your items are over $100. We dispatch hundreds of orders a week and find very few problems occur. In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please email us immediately upon unpacking the items with photos of any damaged packaging and or items at – info@theshungiteexperience.com.au
The return address is PO Box 3407 Erina NSW 2250.
Once these steps have been followed, we can lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf. All products are natural and may come with inclusions and colour variations. These are not faults with the product as they are naturally occurring. These do not constitute less than an optimal piece of Shungite. The actual item you receive may differ from the pictures on the website unless stated it is the exact piece pictured.
Postage
We use Australia Post for all of our domestic and International shipping. If your order is valued at more than $100 we suggest taking out insurance and or Signature on Delivery.
Please choose this option at checkout. We can not replace or refund your order unless the extra cover option has been chosen by you at Checkout. The option needs to cover your order costs. We do not receive any refunds from Australia Post unless this option is chosen by the Customer.
All of our shipping comes with Tracking which you will receive from both us, on order completion and Australia Post.
Please check your order confirmation carefully to ensure the shipping address is correct. If you see that you have not added the correct address, please contact us immediately by email. The Shungite Experience will not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses being supplied.
Generally, we dispatch the same or next business day and your order will be delivered to you as quickly as possible. This may vary if you are in an outer area of Australia and also at busy times such as Christmas. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.
