We offer an unconditional guarantee on all of our products if returned within 7 business days, in original condition, less shipping cost.
We use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post for all of our orders. If you would like Insurance please choose this option at checkout. If you would like - Signature on Delivery - with Australia Post, please choose this option at check out.
Generally, we dispatch next business day and your order will be delivered to you within 5 - 7 business days. This varies if you are in an outer area of Australia.
At this time orders can take longer to receive due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Please be a little patient as we are all trying our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated!
We take packaging very seriously and make sure that everything we dispatch has the best possible protection. However, once it has been handed to Australia Post or Fastway Couriers we are no longer liable for any damage that may occur. Australia Post does not allow us to make a claim on behalf of our customers and so it is up to you, as a customer, to follow their procedure if in the unlikely event a problem occurs. We suggest contacting us firstly if you open your package and it has been damaged and we will then advise you of the steps needed to make a claim with Australia Post. All damaged items should be photographed and all packaging must be kept for a claim to be lodged. If this is not done we can not make a claim with Fastway. All damaged items will be collected by Fastway Couriers and returned to us. No claim will be made or refund issued if items are not returned and the procedure isn't followed. We suggest taking out the Insurance option at Checkout to help with this as the basic coverage for Australia Post ( without Insurance) is $100 plus postage. We dispatch hundreds of orders a week and find very few problems occur.

We can add a gift message to your purchase and also send the product to a different address if you wish. Just fill out the Gift Message area on the product page before adding it to the cart and select a different shipping address option in the checkout if you wish. Your gift message will be included in our packaging.
Yes, many of our products are Handmade in our own workshop. This means we can work with you on products such as –pendants, bracelets, Mala’s and earrings. Contact us to discuss.
