Rudraksha, Carnelian and Smokey Quartz Mala
Rudraksha beads are said to be ” the tears of Shiva ” and held in the highest esteem. They have amazing qualities and enhance our energy field when worn or carried.
How to use:
Close your eyes and observe the speed and depth of your natural breath. Begin to breathe deeply and bring your focus and attention onto your mantra or affirmation. Next, hang the first mala bead gently on the middle finger of your right hand. Place your thumb on the first bead and begin reciting your mantra. You move the beads towards you as you repeat your Mantra. Each finger is thought to represent the 5 Elements. The thumb is Earth, second is Fire, third is Sky, fourth is Water and fifth is Air. It is said that you shouldn’t let the second finger touch the beads as this will burn out the power of your Mala. Holding the beads between your thumb and middle finger represents the connection between Earth and Sky with you in the centre.
