I decided to try this mat for its grounding and EMF benefits and subsequently have found it’s also brilliant for de-stressing. Hugging it takes me straight to serenity and leaves me feeling very relaxed and calm. It’s perfect for de-stressing and meditation and aids the odd ache here and there.

TEST RESULTS –

Subject one:

The Live blood cell analysis was conducted to understand the Shungite Energy Mate better.

Two glasses of water from the same bottle of spring water rested on the Shungite Energy Mate for 20 mins, and the other rested away from any Shungite.
The subject was a 23-year-old male who was recovering from a cold.
The subject drank the first glass of water; a live blood cell sample was taken 20 mins later and examined.
Image 1 shows the condition of the subject’s blood- Notably, blood cells are thick and sticky.
As samples were taken for educational purposes, no diagnosis was given.

After a period of 20mins, the subject drank the water from the SEM, and after 20-22 mins, another live blood cell sample was taken and examined.

Image 2 shows happier dancing blood cells bouncing off each other, including white blood cells, doing their job. As mentioned earlier, the subject was still recovering from a cold.
The second subject test results are in images three and four – they are the same as subject one results.

From the above results and reports from customers consuming the SEM water, the charged water leaves you feeling invigorated, and others have experienced a gentle detoxifying effect.
We suggest one glass on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, one before each meal, and when you are tired and need energy. If you wish, one with the uplifting practice using the Shungite Energy Mate (extend the time to 20 minutes)
