Methods for making Next Generation Shungite Water.
The manufacturers recommend two different ways to make their water:
1. Regular:

Tip the capsule’s contents into a glass container at the rate of 1 capsule to 1 litre of water. The ratio may vary depending on the degree of contamination of the water.

Fill the container with the desired amount of water and seal it.

Mix well by inverting or stirring the bottle twice to pass the powder through the water. It is actually quite fascinating watching the Shungite in the water. It is better if it is spring or filtered water.

Put the Shungite Powder first, then fill the container with water. Shungite will float on the surface if you put the water in first.

Set aside for at least a day. It is advisable to turn the glass container several times during this time.

After that, strain the water through a cloth to separate the powder from the water, and you will have real Shungite Water.

The water is now ready to be consumed.
2. Advanced

Next, put it in the refrigerator upright and let it stand for up to 24 hours. Maintaining a temperature of about +7°C is desirable, corresponding to the maximum solubility of C60 fullerenes in carbon disulphide (CS2).

After that, you can, if you want to, strain the water through a cloth to separate the powder from the water. It isn’t necessary, and the manufacturers don’t state that you need to, but you will have some powder left at the bottom if you don’t do this. You can also consume this powder too! At the end of the process, you will have the most advanced real Shungite Water available.

Before drinking, it is advisable to heat the water to a temperature above 46.24° C (the boiling point of carbon disulphide CS2).
